What the “wheels” are
In this practice, the “wheels of the body” are whirling points of power along the spine—similar to what other systems call chakras or cauldrons. When they feel dim or slow, you may experience heaviness, fog, or energetic blockages. As they open and strengthen, your power flows more freely, your awareness sharpens, and your magical work becomes steadier and clearer.

This is a printable A4 PDF guide with a complete step-by-step ritual: a candle setup in color order, a guided meditation, and rune symbols included throughout.
How to use
Print the silhouette. Place one candle on each circle in the correct color order on a fire-safe tray. Light the candles starting with white and moving downward. Sit comfortably beside the setup so you can see the flames, and follow the meditation exactly as written.
Closing & candle reading
To seal the work, speak the final words aloud, then observe the candles. If one candle burns faster or drips more, let that be your focus for the next three days—hold its rune in your mind and ask to be healed through it.
