Each Mistwillow package is prepared with care, intention, and a sprinkle of magic.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your treasures will reach you.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Handmade items (such as candles, spell jars, or custom sigils) may require extra time during creation.
If processing is expected to take longer, you will be notified by email.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship from Uddevalla, Sweden, using trusted carriers such as PostNord, DHL, or UPS, depending on destination and parcel type.
Estimated delivery times:
Sweden: 2–4 business days
EU countries: 5–10 business days
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Please note: these are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.
3. Tracking & Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
Tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Mistwillow is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, customs clearance, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately at hello@mistwillow.com.
If the outer box arrives visibly damaged, take photos before opening.
If the contents are damaged, email us photos of the items and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Mistwillow cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, or customs, but we will always do our best to assist.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
7. Local Pickup (Sweden only)
For local customers near Uddevalla, we occasionally offer pickup for prepaid orders.
If available, this option will appear at checkout or can be arranged by email.
