Each piece is crafted or selected with care and intention.
However, if something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with Swedish and EU law.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.
To exercise this right, email us at hello@mistwillow.com with your order number and a short note about your return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product was faulty or sent in error).
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued via your original payment method.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Because of their nature, certain items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Custom-made or personalized products (e.g. spell jars, intention candles, sigils created specifically for you)
Digital downloads or online content once accessed
Opened oils, sprays, or other body-related items for hygiene reasons
These items are created with personal energy and intention and cannot be resold or re-enchanted.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect — please contact us at hello@mistwillow.com within 7 days of receiving it.
Include:
Photos of the damaged product and packaging
Your order number
We’ll work swiftly to replace the item or issue a refund.
You won’t be responsible for return shipping in cases of damage or error on our part.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order through the shop.
5. Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional few days for the funds to appear in your account.
